Cooks love books, and I gotta say, I’m no exception. Here’s a list of a few of my favorites. These are books that I consider to be ‘must-owns’ for anyone who wants to cook better:

- Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking by Marcella Hazan
- Tapas – A Taste of Spain in America by José Andrés
- Amuse-Bouche by Rick Tramonto
- Prune by Gabrielle Hamilton
